Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to improve their health outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling. We provide personalized one-on-one guidance and group-based classes that foster confidence, clarity, and sustainable behavior change. Rooted in intuitive eating principles, our approach promotes a healthy relationship with food and supports lifelong well-being.

Our vision is to help clients improve overall health through collaborative lifestyle education with local partners, integrating movement, mindfulness, preventive health strategies, and balanced whole food nutrition. Cultivating a culture of body positivity and holistic wellness that supports people in achieving sustainable, lifelong health while nurturing lifelong relationships.

Meet, Allison Acquisto!

Allison is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Education Professional with over 30 years of experience in culinary nutrition, health and wellness education, and patient-centered care. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Johnson & Wales University, she earned her doctorate in Health Sciences from A.T. Still University, with research focused on improving health outcomes for the transgender population. She serves as a national Delegate for the Rhode Island Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and is an active member of several professional practice groups. Passionate about whole-food nutrition and reducing health disparities, Allison empowers individuals and communities to build sustainable, healthy lifestyles—guided by her motto, “Eat great and feel great.”

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, or RDNs, are the experts in evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. RDNs can translate the science of nutrition into practical solutions for healthy living. RDNs graduate with an advanced degree and then complete an accredited supervised practice program, pass a national exam and maintain ongoing professional education. RDNs use their nutrition education and expertise to empower individuals with positive lifestyle changes in order to create optimal wellness for life. They provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy for individuals and work in a variety of settings.
